As their business continues to grow, they're looking for a self-motivated and dedicated Assembly Fitter to join the skilled assembly and testing team.

?? About the Role

As an Assembly Fitter, you will play a key role in the construction and testing of our agricultural crop sprayers. Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling mechanical components with precision and care

  • Installing hydraulic and pneumatic systems

  • Confident use of hand, air, and power tools

  • Testing completed machines to ensure they meet our high standards and customer specifications

  • Adapting to varying machine builds depending on client needs

?? About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and demonstrates a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous mechanical or assembly experience (essential)

  • Good eye for detail and commitment to quality

  • Strong timekeeping and attendance record

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Electrical knowledge (desirable, but not essential)

  • Forklift and overhead crane experience (training available if needed)

  • Own basic toolkit (e.g. spanners, screwdrivers - specialist tools provided)
