As the Restaurant Manager, you will be
* Overseeing every service from breakfast, afternoon tea, light lunches and dinner
* Ensuring the restaurant and food offering within the hotel is of expected standard with extraordinary attention to detail required and outstanding customer service
* Managing the team from rotas to training
* Liaising with the kitchen as well as the GM and MD
* Hands on and happy to get stuck in as and where needed

* an experienced Restaurant Manager in a similar role and environment
* experienced within 2AA rosette restaurants

* able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
* able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
