Our client is currently seeking a meticulous and seasoned Operations Manager to lead a large team ensuring the smooth running of the factory.
This pivotal role involves orchestrating smooth operations across various departments, refining processes, and deploying strategies to bolster efficiency and productivity.
As Operations Manager you will be managing production, inventory, procurement, and logistics. The role demands a strategic thinker to analyse and enhance current systems, manage resources to meet production and customer demands, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Ensuring KPIs are achieved, leading a dynamic operations team, and upholding health and safety standards are also integral to the position.
The ideal professional will be an experience Operations Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a sharp eye for detail is essential. Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies, such as Lean, is highly desirable and experience in the food manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
