Join our team at ABC Teachers! We're in search of a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant Special Educational Needs School located in Oldbury. This full-time position is available immediately.
What you'll do:
- Support the educational, social, and emotional growth of students.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver an engaging curriculum, empowering students to excel.
- Provide assistance to students aged 11-19, both individually and in small groups.

About you:
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification - Desirable but not essential.
- Possess previous experience working with children and young people with various additional needs.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students quickly.
- Be able to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.
