We are currently looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support to special needs students in a reputable school in Oldbury on a day-to-day supply basis. This is a great position where you can genuinely make a difference and help students grow.

Your Role.

Working one-on-one basis to support a non-verbal child academically.

Ensuring the safety of the child both in and outside the classroom.

Assisting the child in toileting.

Assisting in feeding the child.

Playing and engaging the child in different activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with special needs students is preferred but not essential.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to provide one-to-one support tailored to individual student needs.
  • Level 2 or 3 TA certificate (required)
  • A school reference from your recent employer.
  • Enhanced DBS required.
