Conference & Reviews Support Officer needed in Oldham Paying  £14.75 per hr ref 0009 FD61 /1

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities
      • Coordinate and schedule Child Protection Conferences and Looked After Reviews, including venue arrangements and attendee communications.
      • Welcome and support families and professionals attending meetings.
      • Collate, distribute, and manage sensitive documentation in a timely and secure manner.
      • Accurately minute meetings and record outcomes on the case management system—records may be used in legal proceedings.
      • Analyse and validate service information, following up on missing or unclear data.
      • Maintain and update internal systems and spreadsheets, producing reports and using formulas where needed.
      • Support the development and maintenance of office systems and ensure compliance checks are completed.
      • Investigate discrepancies and propose solutions.
      • Provide excellent customer service and uphold anti-discriminatory practices.
      • Respond to complex queries and draft routine correspondence.
      • Assist with complaint investigations and escalate where appropriate.
      • Work flexibly to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
      • Contribute to continuous improvement and identify training needs.
