Job Title: Financial Planner
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus
Location: Manchester / Huddersfield
A well-respected Financial Planning firm with a good reputation across the market are looking for an experienced Financial Planner to come and join their growing team.
This firm provides advice across Pensions, Investments, IHT and Wealth management and have grown consistently over the last few years. They are a forward-thinking firm that embrace technology and pride themselves on the technical knowledge that their team provides, along with the high-levels of customer service.
The Role:
This role would suit someone who is technically minded and who has a natural ability to develop relationships, create introducers, and create referrals to keep a constant stream of business enquiries coming in. Due to an advisor moving on from the business, there is a client book available for the incoming advisor in this role and the focus will be around nurturing the existing relationships whilst also trying to develop on the relatioships that are in place. There is an excellent bonus structure to accommodate advisors who are looking for a firm that really rewards strong performance and want to maximise their own earnings.
There is also good admin and paraplanning support available for the incoming advisor along with a smooth compliance process from a firm that embrace the use of technology to make the advice process easier.
So, if you are confident in your own ability but being limited by a lack of back-office support or restricted by a limited bonus structure then this could be a great move for you.
The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
- Valid SPS and signed off with Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Personable professional who is comfortable dealing with clients both written and verbally.
- Strong level of technical knowledge around pensions, investments and experience of utilising cash-flow modelling reports.
