HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager (Oracle Fusion) to manage and analyse data in a not for profit and charities organisation, supporting the Human Resources department.

Our client has just 'gone live' following the implementation of ERP Oracle Fusion and requires specialist support to optimise utilisation across all its departments.

Description

As HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager you will be required to

• Manage and analyse HR data using Oracle Fusion.
• Provide system support and training to HR colleagues.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reporting.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support the HR department in various projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues and implement updates.
• Create and maintain user guides and training materials for HR systems.
• Regularly review and update HR systems and processes to ensure they remain effective and efficient.

Profile

A successful HRMI Analyst & Systems Manager (Oracle Fusion) should have:

• A strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and HR systems.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train others.
