Office Administrator (Dromore)

A leading organisation are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team based in Dromore, Co. Tyrone.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, and a Saturday once every 8 weeks.

Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm and 9am-6pm. Saturday 7.30am-4.30pm.

With a salary of £23,800 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Role:

Working as part of the administration and wider global team, you will be involved and providing administration support in dealing with Buyers and Sellers as well as stock and contracts.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C grade or equivalent including English and Maths
  • IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and a good level of data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy periods as well as the ability to commute to Omagh, Co Tyrone when required.
  • Hold a valid driving licence.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing Contracts in keeping with deadlines.
  • Oversee all administration.
  • Ensure stock inventory is accurately processed and received within company deadlines.
  • Obtain and record all vehicle registration documents.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to both Buyers and Sellers spanning every continent, resolving all queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with global Credit Control across multiple currencies.
  • Organise auction facilities including staff travel arrangements.
