Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services.

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from telemarketing to sales closure.
- Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in telemarketing or similar roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in managing customer information and follow-ups.
