Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:
- Payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Supplier reconciliations
- Staff expenses
- Cash transfers
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve any issues
- Process and review invoices to check for accuracy
Profile
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be/have:
- Strong, well-rounded experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience of working in a busy Finance function
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Experience of using a Financial system/s
- Immediate availability
