About the Job 

As our Operational Services Systems and Data Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising software systems that support the Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Occupational Health, and Facilities departments. This role includes the development and implementation of data management strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
  • Implement, configure, and maintain essential software systems including Evotix and Cority to ensure seamless operational workflows
  • Develop, design, and manage reports and dashboards to provide insightful data on health and safety performance, facility operations, and risk assessments
  • Utilise advanced data analysis techniques, including AI, to identify trends and risks
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of all systems and data processes
  • Monitor usage, functionality, and feedback to ensure systems meet user needs and corporate objectives
  • Lead projects related to the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems
  • Provide training to users on new and existing systems
  • Develop comprehensive SOPs to aid in user competency and system adoption
  • Collaborate with IT and operational teams to align technology solutions with strategic business goals
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system integrations
  • Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and improvement of systems such as the Evotix Contractor Management, Incident Reporting, and CAFM systems
  • Ensure data integrity and security in collaboration with IT departments
  • Generate and analyse monthly health and safety statistics for management and board reports

About You

We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
  • Proven experience in systems management and data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with Google sheets, Data looker or equivalent
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Effective project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Certifications in project management or relevant software systems
  • Experience in a similar role within a health, safety, or facilities management environment
