The successful Junior Electrical Design Engineer will be joining a relaxed and supportive environment, where you can pick and choose your start and finish times. Our client is looking for a Junior Electrical Design Engineer who is passionate about electrical engineering and really wants to progress a career within electrical design. Key Responsibilities The successful Junior Electrical Design Engineer will need to be an enthusiastic and self-motivated engineer with excellent analytical and technical skills. You will also have a combination of key responsibilities:

Analysing and comprehending project specifications and technical requirements.
Translating complex engineering concepts into actionable design criteria.:
Evaluating various design options to identify efficient and economical solutions.
Balancing performance, quality, and cost considerations.
Generating detailed electronic and hard copy drawings.
Compiling comprehensive manufacturing information, including Parts Lists, Bills of Materials, Routings, and Job instructions.
Collaborating closely with fellow engineers and technicians throughout the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases.
Facilitating effective communication to ensure seamless project execution.
Adhering to the FMBO ISO 9001 quality system.
Ensuring that design processes align with established quality standards.

Our client is looking for a Junior Electrical Design Engineer with at least a BTEC, HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering. You will have a year or two’s experience already under you belt, but this may be as a hands-on technician, or test technician, looking to develop and progress into Electrical Design. You will have ideally used CAD software. Our client is offering an excellent salary of up to £30,000pa, an excellent benefits package including 25 days holiday, contributory pension, life insurance, relaxed and flexible working environment.
