Our client is looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work at a static educational facility based in Oxford, OX1. In this role you will join a team of engineers maintaining the facility. The business you will be working for are considered to be one of the biggest FM companies in the UK who also operate throughout the rest of Europe and into America. Initially started in 1994 they originally set up in the United States and have grown to become one of the most recognizable businesses in facilities management, construction, industrial and energy infrastructure across building services.

In this position you'll be responsible for the reactive & planned maintenance of the commercial side of the complex. This site is very reactive and we're looking for a pro-active engineer.

Job specific responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician :

• Completing all M&E related tasks on the site
• Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
• Completion of PPM schedules
• Assisting with any engineering needs that may arise on site
• Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments

Qualifications / Experience for a Maintenance Electrician:

• NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation
• 18th edition
• AM2 (desirable but not essential)
• Experienced in dealing with clients
• Excellent team working, customer care and problem-solving capabilities
