We are delighted to be working with one of Oxford's most well established colleges who are recruiting for an Events Manager to be responsible for the managing, planning and delivering events.
As the Events Manager, you will be working a 37.5 hour week within a temporary role of 3 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
. Organising and coordinating events
. Event Administration
. Responding to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues, suppliers and clients
. Liaising with the communication team to ensure events are marketed and promoted
The ideal candidate will have:
. Experience working within the hospitality/conference/events sector
. Good IT skills
. Creative, proactive and organised attributes
