We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to a CEO. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within my clients organisation and plays a critical role in our Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:

  • Providing comprehensive support to the CEO.
  • Organising and maintaining complex calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements and managing expenses.
  • Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and reports.
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless business execution.
  • Liaising with board members and investors at a high level.

Profile

The successful Executive Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience working as an EA to CEO.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experienced in liaising with board members and investors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate the needs of the team.
  • Prior experience working at a PLC is highly desirable.
