Are you a psychology graduate or someone passionate about working in special education, seeking meaningful experience before pursuing a career in therapy, clinical psychology, or social care?

A highly regarded specialist school in Oxford, supporting children and young people aged 5 to 18 diagnosed with autism spectrum conditions and learning difficulties, is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team.

Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff, you will support students in accessing the curriculum and developing vital communication, social, and life skills within a safe, structured, and nurturing environment tailored to their unique needs.

  • A genuine commitment to supporting young people in reaching their full potential
