Our client are an investment management firm with multiple offices in the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior level engineer, coming from a MS support background to carry out internal support and project work to a growing customer base. You will be reporting to the IT Manager and working within a close knit team of 1st and 2nd level support engineers. You will be the 3rd level support escalation point and carry out ad-hoc project work. You will have the following skills and experience; 5+ years' of the following:

  • Windows Support experience
  • VMware
  • Azure
  • Office 365
  • MS Tunes
