Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile new build project? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering excellence in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the main contractor in overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
  • Manage site logistics, including materials delivery, storage, and waste management, to ensure smooth operations and minimise disruptions.
  • Supervise site personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Liaise with the client, consultants, and relevant authorities to address any site-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, ideally with exposure to new build projects.
  • Knowledge of public sector or custodial projects would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be desirable.
