Skills/Experience/Requirements
- Track record of running a Housing Repairs service - especially bringing a service back in-house.
- Lead and develop a team to deliver a high standard of repairs and void works in tenant's homes, ensuring service delivery is customer focused, consistently of the highest quality and cost effective.
- Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors and residents.
Contract Length: End of Financial Year.
Rate: Negotiable DOE.
IR35 Status: Outside (Likely - but not 100% confirmed yet).
