Avolon M&E are working with a Tier 1 Contractor who require a Mechanical Supervisor to join them on a project in Oxford.

This is a full refurbishment of an old building transforming it into new luxury Student Accomodation.

Starts ASAP - Long term project will need someone till the end of 2024 at least.

Must Have:

• Mechanically Qualified
• +5 Years Supervision / Site Management Experience
• SMSTS / SSSTS
• Worked on Student Accommodation / University Building / Residential Apartments
