Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a Project Surveyor to start immediately in the Oxford area. Their vision is always to produce a high standard finish on all their projects Turning designs into reality requires a top team of Commercial people and they are looking for the outstanding candidates to join.
We are looking for experienced and driven Project Surveyor to join a thriving team, ensuring the effective commercial delivery of the operations of the project you will be overseeing. The type of projects you will be help deliver are education based in the Oxfordshire areas, with values circa 5m - 30m. Someone who is looking for progression, if that's what you desire.
As a Project Surveyor you will be managing and monitoing project budgets throughout the duration of the scheme, ensuring cost certainty and financial efficiency across construction, Reporting into the Commercial team, weekly updates as well taking ownership of your project.
Take control of the procurement process for specialist subcontractors, ensuring timely appointment and robust contract administration, including managing valuations, cash flow forecasts, variations, and final accounts.
