We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable main contractor based in Oxford. The business will turn over circa 20mil this year, and has a secure pipeline of work having built a reputation in the Oxfordshire region. They work across various sectors including commercial, leisure, education and light industrial with projects typically valuing up to 5mil. The projects are administered by JCT forms of contract.

Due to a recent influx of project wins, they're now looking to expand their commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor. As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing your own projects valuing up to 2mil (previous experience of this is required). You will be reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor and if working on a larger scheme, work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This opportunity would suit either an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's looking to step up to Quantity Surveyor having managed their own project previously or a Quantity Surveyor who's looking for a new challenge.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to 45k (negotiable dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a reputable business with a secure pipeline of work and exciting growth plans in place.
