Rocasa Consulting are looking for passionate and experienced support workers who have knowledge in homelessness, housing, temporary accommodation, benefit support, young adults or complex needs who are in the Oxford area.

We have multiple roles available so would love to hear from you!

Shift patterns include 9-5 and rolling rota's depending on role.

Role includes:

- supporting clients living in supported accommodation

- supporting clients claim benefits such as universal credit, housing benefit etc.

- finding suitable accommodation or move on services 

- helping clients gain vital life skills

- safeguarding clients

-carrying out risk assessments

-creating support plans

-providing emotional support

-offering clients advice when necessary


About you:

- drivers license is essential as some travel may be necessary

-experience supporting vulnerable client groups (young people, mental health, addictions, homelessness)

-knowledge of safeguarding policies

-reliable and dependable

-experience in housing and accommodation

- strong knowledge of the benefit system and local authority

- strong knowledge and experience in the housing sector 

- strong understanding of welfare and benefit rights 

-willing to undertake a DBS check
