We are looking for mid and senior-level C++ Developers. We are open to looking at engineers from a range of backgrounds, but ideally, you will have 3+ years of commercial experience with C++.

Job description:

  • You will be working within a small but established team made up of software and hardware engineers, ML and Computer Vision scientists and the wider engineer function.
  • Some of the projects you'll be exposed to will be across Virtual Reality, Robotics, Gaming, Film and Special Effects, Medical and Healthcare.
  • You'll be developing the company's core application software architecture. Become a key architect in their ever-evolving software, using your C++ expertise.
  • Working on high-performance algorithms, building tools for testing, analysis and data visualisation.

This is not your standard software role. This is the chance to be a part of something amazing. Working alongside the best and most passionate engineers, scientists, and industry wizards from a mixture of backgrounds - think game devs, robotics gurus, and even trading specialists!

Essential Experience:

  • Strong C++ (11-20) 3+ years' experience
  • Good communication skills, working with different teams
  • Analytical, mathematic and problem-solving skills
  • Either one of STL, Python, Boost, Qt, OpenGI

Desirable Experience:

  • Game engine or game development
  • Computer Vision, CUDA, GPU, Scientific Computing
  • Knowledge of Windows or Linux

  • This is a remote-first role, you will be given the freedom and flexibility to work with your team delivering interesting projects.
  • The role is remote first, however, you must be willing to travel to the Oxford office when needed. This will roughly be one to two times per month and could be more during a busy period.
