Interaction is recruiting for 3 Field Service Maintenance Engineers to cover the south of England

This is a full-time remote Field Services Engineer role.

Field Services Engineers are responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, and providing excellent customer service to clients onsite. They are responsible for completing daily logs, communicating with the team, and reporting inventory occasionally.

The Field Services Engineer must be able to assess the working environment and ensure employee safety.

Qualifications : 

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory or assets as needed
• Experience with relevant mechanical knowledge of Electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to handle physical and potentially hazardous work environments
• Preferred: Experience in the construction or infrastructure industries
• Preferred: Certifications in relevant areas such as Health and Safety, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
