Electrical Project Manager!

My client area well-established M&E contractor based in Partridge Green, and they are seeking a talented Electrical Project Manager to oversee theirelectrical projects. Whether you're an experienced PM or looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software (experience with Primavera P6 or similar software is a plus).
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications preferred.
