Administrator

Basic Rate: £12/hr

Overtime Rate: Up to £24/hr

Our Client in Pembroke is looking to hire two candidates to assist with the effective operation of the Refinery’s Track system based on established processes. Support and assist other time keepers using the Track system on a daily basis.


Duties 

• Audit and allocation of Contractor hours via Track
• Allocate billable hours for each contractor to multiple work orders based on corporate and plant standards
• Assist with assigning agreed schedules and verifies accurate skill assignments with appropriate approval
• Review timesheets and work schedules and enter time worked for each contractor into the Track system based on established processes/procedures
• Override Track time calculations and/or correct activity and schedule exceptions as required based on established process for exceptions
• Support other team members to ensure KPIs are met on a daily basis

Requirements 

• Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment 
• Good problem-solving skills and time management to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to build strong and effective working relationships
• Must be able to work as part of a team
