The Pre Sales IT Support Engineer will playa pivotal role in supporting the sales team to enhance the efficiency and success rate of sales opportunities. You will specialisein understanding technical products and solutions, ensuring that clients are provided with tailored demonstrations and insights that align with their specific needs. The role involves a blend of technical expertise, customer interaction, and interdepartmental collaboration to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Pre Sales IT Support Engineer will deliver regular onsite and remote audits, completing technical audits for all products the customer has, including cyber security.

Experience required:
- Strong technical background with industry expertise

Thjis is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does not offer hybrid or remote working.
