You as our Restaurant Manager – 

  • Will have experience in full control of fine dining restaurant operations.
  • Will naturally organise.
  • Will proactively ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
  • Can react and adapt to challenging situations in a calm and professional manner. 
  • Will enhance, motivate and train your team for the benefit of themselves and the business.
  • Can communicate exceptionally at all levels with Guest, Clients, Staff and Suppliers

The Typical Responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager will be –

  • Administrative duties (Rotas, Ordering and Supplier Communication)
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Staff Well-being and Moral
  • The Standard of Service 
  • The cleanliness and appearance of yourself, your team, and the restaurant
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with the back of house team, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Full responsibility for business performance, quality standards and health and safety.
