Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Offshore Islands, Scotland
Duration: Full-time, contract basis

Position Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals in either a care at home or residential setting. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the well-being and dignity of service users while promoting their independence and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively as part of a team in a care at home or residential setting.
- Recognise and encourage the rights of service users, assisting them in making informed choices.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to National Care Standards, setting appropriate boundaries.
Requirements:
- Minimum SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care (Desirable).
- Car driver with access to your own vehicle.
- Minimum 12 months UK experience in a care setting.
