Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you'll oversee a team of 5 Senior Developers, each managing their own compact teams.Core Responsibilities:

Design and develop application architectures.
Assess project timelines and feasibility.
Collaborate with Senior Developers to maintain team performance and quality of work.
Foster continuous growth through idea sharing.
Translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
Drive Agile strategies forward.
Create comprehensive software documentation and best practices.
Mentor team members, providing guidance and support.
This role offers flexibility with remote work, requiring presence at our Lake District offices twice a month with expenses covered. It's an exciting time to join us as we embark on ambitious growth plans and engage in compelling new projects.

Experience Requirements:

Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Senior/Lead Developer, or similar role
Proficiency in JavaScript
Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, or similar back-end frameworks
Strong understanding of Agile Development practices
Experience with Azure DevOps
