Are you a Hydraulic Engineer interested in joining an industry leading engineering company in Falmouth, that will pay for advanced training courses in hydraulic systems to fast track your development into senior engineer status? Are you looking for a company that will provide you with a dedicated progression plan, that will allow you to secure pay rises when you start demonstrating competency in the role?

Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my client is looking to hire a hydraulic engineer that they can develop quickly into a senior hydraulics engineer and reward them financially upon successful completion of their training.

The successful candidate will be involved in the building, maintenance and installation of bespoke equipment and machinery in their purpose-built facility in Falmouth. You will be working with high profile clients across some of the most exciting engineering sectors such Marine, Aerospace, Automotive, and Nuclear.

This role will also require you to attend customer premises for the occasional install or servicing of a piece of equipment / machinery that has been built on my clients premises. This will give you exposure to working on some high profile projects, whilst full expenses and overtime is covered to make this an enjoyable part of the role. The majority of your time will be workshop based in Falmouth.

This is an extremely exciting role for a motivated engineer, looking to progress their career within a well established company at the forefront of their sector. You will have the opportunity to increase your earning potential through overtime, which will be paid at x1.5 on weekdays and Saturday mornings, plus overtime paid at double time on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.
