Attega Group is currently partnering with a leading HVAC Hire company with our client in recruiting a Breakdowns Manager to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of a fast-paced Breakdowns department
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday plus bank

This will be a full time, permanent role of 40 hours a week
Reporting to the Operations Director your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive reports via my clients CRM system
- Ensuring all information on breakdowns is entered on the system
- Ensuring all information is correct and maintained
- Assisting Engineers with any queries
- Assuring customers with any questions they may have
The ideal candidate:
- The role requires an excellent records keeper
- A candidate who appreciates time constraints along with excellent administration and record keeping
- A service manager with a background within engineering
- Or, A Tech savvy engineer who is comfortable with record keeping, computer literate and previous experience with CRM’s
