Nestled within 355 acres of picturesque Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club are seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate in the creation and refinement of innovative food menus across each area of the business.
  • Ensure kitchen operations adhere to quality and timing standards. 
  • In the absence of the Head Chef, oversee kitchen personnel, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Managing inventory by ordering supplies in a timely manner.
  • Uphold food hygiene and other regulatory regulations and safety protocols with diligence.
  • Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Resolve challenges promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • This role will be ideally suited to a current senior CDP or experienced CDP looking for the next step.
  • The role has the potential to develop into full Sous Chef responsibilities and title over 12 months.
  • Proven experience in culinary roles, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques. 
  • Ability to work both independently and and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Reliability, integrity, and a keen eye for details are essential qualities. 
  • Passion about food and dedication to delivering exceptional service. 
  • Own transport required due to our rural location.
