Nestled within 355 acres of picturesque Worcestershire countryside, The Vale Golf & Country Club are seeking an experienced Senior Chef De Partie to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the creation and refinement of innovative food menus across each area of the business.
- Ensure kitchen operations adhere to quality and timing standards.
- In the absence of the Head Chef, oversee kitchen personnel, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Managing inventory by ordering supplies in a timely manner.
- Uphold food hygiene and other regulatory regulations and safety protocols with diligence.
- Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Resolve challenges promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive work environment.
- This role will be ideally suited to a current senior CDP or experienced CDP looking for the next step.
- The role has the potential to develop into full Sous Chef responsibilities and title over 12 months.
- Proven experience in culinary roles, demonstrating proficiency in various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Reliability, integrity, and a keen eye for details are essential qualities.
- Passion about food and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Own transport required due to our rural location.
