An excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC / Manual Machinist to join a well-established company.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Location: Pershore, Worcestershire WR10.
Salary: Up to £34,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30 am - 1:30pm.

They are an experienced precision engineering company located in Pershore, Worcestershire, established in 1972.
The company have an experienced workforce with expert knowledge in machining using a wide range of materials. From initial enquiry to final inspection their precision and efficiency enables them to provide a first-class service to a wide range of industry sectors.
They are now looking to recruit an Experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator / Manual Machinist.
Working as part of a small team it is essential to be self-motivated with a flexible approach.
You will be required to set and operate Mazak CNC machines producing components to tight tolerances.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering Environment.
- Ability to use manual lathes and milling machines.
- Ability to program, set and operate CNC Lathes and Milling Machines including set up of tooling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to thrive in a small business environment - willing to get stuck into tasks.
- You will also take responsibility for keeping your own workspace clean and tidy.
- Inspection of parts using micrometers, verniers and gauges.
- Knowledge of Quality and Safety standards, procedures and regulations.
Desirable:
- Experience with programming using Mazatol is extremely desirable.
- A relevant manufacturing Engineering qualification.
- Ability to come in and hit the ground running.
