Are you an organised individual with a strong attention to detail? Does the opportunity to work with a successful manufacturing business appeal? An established and successful organisation are seeking a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis for their HQ in Perth.

What youll be doing:

Processing orders daily to a high standard

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

Amend and cancel orders where necessary

Routinely review the files and delete out of date pro forma invoices and reservations.

File all paperwork regularly to ensure that an up-to-date and accurate filing system is maintained

General liaison with customers to discuss stock availability, order status, stockists, and other related enquiries

What youll need:

Previous experience working in an administrative/customer service background.

Excellent communication skills both orally and written.

A confident and polite telephone manner.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

A good understanding of Microsoft Office and other general PC skills.

The shift is offered on a Monday-Friday day shift basis and you can expect a salary of £24,000 - £25,000per annum in return.
