- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process
Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent is essential
- Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage and protection products
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
