Construction Manager

One of my premier clients approached me this morning and asked me to find a Construction Manager for a project based in Peterborough for around 8 months on a freelance basis to start ASAP.

The project is a large industrial unit worth 80m.

Right now they need a Construction Manager to look after the commercial fit out of the project as the site team have already put the structure up and now their looking to fit the job out.

You will need previous commercial fit out of project experience ideally over 30m to be successful in applying for the role.
