As the Regional Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a group of services across a designated patch from Nottingham to Suffolk.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
- Line managing Registered Managers to ensure services comply with CQC guidance and other quality frameworks.
- Demonstrating a sound knowledge of Quality initiatives and innovative practice.
- Reacting well to competing priorities and tailoring to fast-paced changes to business needs.
As the Regional Manager, you'll receive:
