Project Manager (Rail)We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong emphasis on change management to join our clients growing team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the rail sector and drive impactful change initiatives with a focus on ERTMS.Responsibilities:Project Planning and Execution:* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.* Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables within established timelines.Change Management:* Spearhead change management initiatives to facilitate the seamless integration of new processes, technologies, and methodologies within the rail industry.* Conduct impact assessments, identify stakeholders, and develop communication strategies to ensure successful change adoption.Risk Management:* Proactively identify potential risks and challenges associated with project implementation.* Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and achieve successful outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement:* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, and project teams.* Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes effectively to all relevant parties.Budget and Resource Management:* Monitor project budgets and resource allocations to ensure optimal utilisation and cost-effectiveness.* Collaborate with finance teams to track expenditures and provide regular financial updates.Quality Assurance:* Implement and uphold quality standards in project deliverables, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.* Conduct regular audits to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
