Residential Conveyancing ParalegalA highly reputable, multi service law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their high performing property team based in Peterborough.The Role
  • Prepare draft contract packages, all searches, exchange and completion letters
  • Keeping task reports up to date daily
  • To ensure that the case management system is kept in an orderly manner and up to date
  • Dealing with completion of matters and preparing files for post completions
  • Preparing files for exchange/completion
  • Reviewing and dealing with additional enquiries
The Candidate
  • Possess a a minimum of 12 months experience working as a paralegal in a Residential Conveyancing department
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Practical experience of dealing with client enquiries
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
