- Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring all work is processed accurately and efficiently to meet SLAs.
- Support on-phone teams with customer queries, providing accurate information to help resolve issues.
- Deliver the best possible customer service, with the aim of retaining business and enhancing profitability.
- Handle multiple admin tasks, including customer contact via email and telephone.
- Monitor administrative deadlines to ensure FCA guidelines are met and customers are kept informed of their request’s progress.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process and customer experience improvements.
- Experience with a Workflow Management system (WFM).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, including Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage and prioritise complex tasks with varying demands at a fast pace.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in using multiple systems efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers through various channels and methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
