We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Client's friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to all stakeholders. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude, the ability to take accoutabiluty, as well as excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Answer incoming calls and correspondence and respond to customer queries in a professional manner
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently
  • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
