HR Administrator - Temp Immediate need for a HR Administrator to join a fast paced, growing business in Peterborough.The successful applicant will be supporting the HR Manager with all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a HR function, with strong administrative skills.My client is looking for someone that has good organisational and communication skills, and is happy managing a range of duties and prioritising their own workload. Experience and confidence with regards to systems usage and uploading data would be an advantage. This role will be mainly office based with some flexibility to work from home if necessary. Parking is available on site. This is a temporary assignment ranging from 3-6 months with an immediate start. Duties will include:-

  • Supporting with all administration surrounding the HR department
  • Writing and amending contracts
  • Putting together starter packs for new starters
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Note taking
  • Responding to e-mails and forwarding to the correct respondent
  • Uploading and amending payroll data
  • Recruitment admin support as needed
  • Any other administrative duties as and when required
