Operational Resilience Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

IR35 Determination: Outside IR35

Location: Remote with occasional travel to client offices as required by the project

Gerrard White is currently seeking an Operational Resilience Project Manager to support the Group Operational Resilience Programme Team to deliver regulatory requirement deliverables via a number of defined workstreams into the Group. Understanding how Operational Resilience standards, processes and procedures are to be designed and developed then implemented across each business.

This will be a hands on role involving an overseeing and hands on approach.

Deliverables:

  • Manage and own multiple workstreams /deliverables into businesses including resource planning;
  • Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders in common objectives to meet project milestones;
  • Report at regular intervals on progress to Group Operational Resilience Programme;
  • Support Group Programme Manager and Business Analysts in designing and delivering programme artefacts;
  • Manage stakeholders both internal and external;
  • Take steer from Group Operational Resilience Programme Manager;
  • Responsible for sharing and assisting with the implementation of new processes, methodologies in alignment with regulatory requirements; incl. process mapping, data analysis, reporting metrics, scenario testing, threat and vulnerability analysis, risk assessments, plans;
  • Facilitate, schedule and lead working groups and other meetings with key stakeholders, managing actions, decisions, taking notes and tracking progress versus project plan;
  • Work closely across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring efficient communication is achieved.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within a similar operational resilience project ideally within the financial services / insurance sector
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and with a certain amount of ambiguity in requirements
  • Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA Operational Resilience regulations
