About the RoleHeading up the Employment Department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base across both the聽private and public sectors. Key Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advise and represent clients on all aspects of聽employment law, including contracts, disciplinary matters, redundancies and TUPE

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage the full lifecycle of聽employment tribunal cases, from instruction to advocacy and resolution

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Drive the growth of the department through聽client relationship management聽and聽networking

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and support cross-departmental collaboration

Skills & Experience

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in聽employment law

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven experience advising both employers and employees

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
