Responsibilities:
- Factory-Based Sign-Offs: Conduct thorough inspections of modular units during the manufacturing process. Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- On-Site Visits: Visit construction sites to verify the installation and performance of modular components. Collaborate with site managers and contractors to address any issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential warranty-related risks and work proactively to prevent them.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warranty inspection, preferably within the modular construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with modular building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting defects and ensuring compliance.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with factory personnel, site teams, and clients.
