Are you an experienced Technical Support Team Leader looking for a new challenge? �? We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, in need of a skilled individual to join their dynamic team!
Responsibilities: ??
- Lead the technical support team, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and quality of all orders ??
- Conduct inspections of products and repairs, either on-site or in-house ???
- Oversee adherence to timelines, processes, and procedures in the QC area ?
- Assist in maintaining risk assessments and health & safety documentation ??
- Take an active role in assembly procedures, developing test methods for new products �?
- Strip assemblies and conduct precise measurements to maintain product tolerance ??
- Manage customer complaints, returns, and replacements to ensure complete satisfaction ??
- Support with installations and occasionally travel for inspections abroad ??
Skills: ?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or fabrication ??
- Proficiency in torque wrenches, micrometres, bore gauges, and other fitting and inspection tools ??
- Experience in setting up and running a production line is advantageous �?
- Forklift driving experience (Reach Licence) is a must ??
