Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and developing your own client base. Your main duties will include

Identifying suitable candidates through screening and meeting client requirements.
Changing lives by finding candidates employment that matches their ambitions
Conducting sales presentations at client meetings and bidding to win clients.
Filling all temporary roles and ensuring client satisfaction.
Breaking down doors and securing new client wins.
Identifying sales leads and achieving targets through consistent business development activity.
Gaining trust and consistency from clients through regular sales calls and networking.

Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills
The ability to adopt new tech to support your success
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Commercial awareness and business acumen
Ambitious and driven to achieve success
Valid driving licence and access to a car
